Any company employee, including pilots, using Travel benefits is required to help clean the aircraft. The working pilots of the flight are not required to assist in cleaning. This is clearly stated in the FOM and Pass Riding Guides.

Correct, the FOM specifically states pilots are not required to clean. Additionally, the PRG does not say "required" to help clean the aircraft. And after ALPA raised issues with duty time issues, the company admitted that pass riders are "expected" to provide "de minimis" cleaning. Pull out a dictionary and see what that means.

No one is required to clean. Now go back to your cubicle at LSC.

The JCBA will be required after Spirit acquisition; JetBlue management will be highly motivated to reach a JCBA. Current contract extension makes B6 2nd highest paid narrow body in the industry, emphasis on “current”, $340/hr in 2024 is more than FedEX wide body rate. Some folks are making a lot of assumptions when it comes to comparing rates with the rest of the industry, and also making a lot of assumptions on length of extension. It’s not perfect, Profit Sharing would be nice, and 321NEO rates will be required, but it’s also not doom and gloom.

Definitely not doom and gloom once you add some of Spirits QOL stuff into the mix. Our “drop to zero” needs to stay!

This 100% yes!!
There are quite a few QOL rules Sprit that that we need in the JCBA.

Can someone describe the utility of "drop to zero"? Most airlines don't have this, and seem to get by just fine. What is it that is so useful or desirable?

Everybody at spirit drops to zero every month. Nobody ever actually flies.

Any requirements to be able to drop e.g. green reserve board or something along those lines?
