If willing to drive 45 minutes...closer than MHT by a little bit... maybe Beverly too.
Pretty popular with the Boston based crews (NH has much lower taxes than Massachusetts((no sales tax, no state income tax)), so it's a popular location that's within a 45 minute drive of Boston and guys at Boston center in Nashua and approach in Merrimack (both in neighboring towns). This place has 3-4 physicians, all pilot's or spouses of pilots....have found that makes scheduling pretty easy (on line) and they understand the stress of the yearly appointment etc.
