Triple down on culture? Because that will make a profitable airline? A CEO does not need to be mentor. Jojo a new CEO who shares heavily the responsibility of where we are as a company without real direction.
Jojo has been made member of the board which means B6 does not see another path but mediocrity at best.
No real management with true blood thirst for business, just triple down on culture.
I am not getting any warm and fuzzy feelings.
Buckle up because is going to get rough.

Guys, I dont think you realize how big this really is.

Last year, we doubled down. We already accomplished that. Now we are TRIPLING down on that doubling. That means, if you can believe this, we will have SIX TIMES the culture we had just two years ago! If we get an any more unique culture we will need to move to a protected island so sociologists can study it.

My head is spinning.

The level of attitude culture coming from spirit FAs and gate agents is going to require a tripling down to get them to learn how to smile and be helpful

Not entirely untrue but they have to deal with very differnt clientele than B6 staff. Generally I think our (NK) FAs and GSAs are pretty good considering what they have to deal with.
