Just out of curiosity, is a gate purchase in Chicago something JetBlue might be interested in at this point since a lot of the Spirit merger was to get their gates, planes, and pilots?

I doubt it is in the cards right now but just thought I would ask.

I’d imagine JB would be interested in something
like that if they could get a simple codeshare with AA set up and a oneworld membership. I think all of the above would be smart for JB (Joanna, I’ll submit my resume for the vacant COO position )

None of us know what is next for JB, but it is fun to guess. Joanna’s recent emails seem to be focused on operational reliability and network changes causing us to retrench to our big hubs like JFK/FLL. I think those two cities will be the biggest importance for the next year or two, then we branch out into a Midwest excursion of some sort.

Because you know with the voluntary reduction in NY airspace it only makes sense to entrench yourself.

You’re right that is fun.

Yeah, there really isn’t any growing or shrinking in JFK in terms of departures/arrivals (barring the FAA slot reduction program) but I meant focusing on JFK operations and trying to isolate it from the rest of the network to mitigate the cancer spread during an IROP. Crews/aircraft doing more out and back type of stuff and not having out of base crews flying through on pairings.

Or yeah that's right they fornicated B6

Whats next for B6? It's fun to guess, just be careful to not overestimate after their stupid pocket podcasts where they just feed you lies and propaganda, do not underestimate the level of suck of Joanna and everyone else at LIC.
