First day on the Internet? Welcome! Check things out and stay a while.

If it was my first day, I would have believed you outright. So your source is a screenshot of unidentifiable text from what, exactly?

Don’t worry, I’m sure it was just some knucklehead in the cockpit who made it to rile you up.

You can be flippant if you like, but some of us are trying to make educated decisions about the future. I am not asking you unreasonable questions.

If you are on the bottom of the seniority list at B6 you need to decide whether you want to be on the bottom here or elsewhere. You are going to be on the bottom of B6 for a very, very long time comparatively speaking. Really good people here though which in my experience is a big plus.

I hope you are not making career decisions based on what anyone on the internet claims will happen. We are all just speculating on the future and none of us have real inside information. Make a decision on what you have today instead of what may or may not happen tomorrow.

This is precisely the reason I was asking for a source. I found it, for anyone else interested: https://www.patreon.com/posts/jetblue-making-98421563

Like you said, speculation.

We don’t have access to the financing agreement document between JB and the banks, we only have access to the merger agreement between JB/NK that stipulates how much and when that financing is valid. Perhaps JB and the banks have arrangements for additional acceptable uses for the $3.6b financing.
