It's a bit funny but a fair question, too, since a number of places did NOT require an unrestricted ATP to hire over the last year or so.

Still - what's on the website should be the answer.

5 years ago my JetBlue class's aeronautical experience ranged from 4000ish to 10,000 +. Nowadays people with half that label themselves as overqualified for legacies. I belive Frontier and Allegiant in 2023 were conducting ATP chweckrides as part of initial training to those that had ATP requiremnts but no cert.....so its not that dumb of a question..........I think however this window of extroardinary opportunity is closing quickly if not SHUT already
