You're right! Perhaps I should sell my place in the rockies and get a nice place in Newark. While I am at it I think I will sell my BMW and get a Yugo. Anybody know of one for sale? Anywhere near Broke Back mountain??
Don't know enough about Denver to come up with a disparaging comment. I know its more than an hour drive to a real ocean, so its got one strike against it. I'll need more time to come up with snide remarks about your hometown. It was a lot easier with Texas and Florida.

Please pass it along, "Don't visit or move to New Jersey its already too expensive to live in, what with so many so many people bidding up the price of real estate. Too many people have not heard your message, they keep coming! 
Go to Denver. and if you live in Pennsylvania, please don't come to the Jersey shore in the summer, the waters cold 
go to Hershey Park or Pittsburgh, stay away from the ocean.
