My house in the tristate would be 400-500k easy.
I'D RATHER GO BACK CRASHPADDING AT THE SWAN IN LINDEN THAN LIVE IN THE TRISTATE PERMANENTLY.
Oh AND my FAV:
walking to the range with my SKS and my SIG Sauer and waving to the sheriff with the rounds I bought at Wal-mart.
Mmmmm.........life in TN - es muy bueno!
Oh and one more thing - the women. All blonde. All hot. ALL EASY - what else is there?

I lived there for 7 years...................couldn't stand it anymore...............
After 7 years of drinkung the Local water mt IQ dropped 30 points.............
Finally got out and have never been happier..........The Wife is very happy
Have been out almost 4 years and My IQ is back up and so is my sanity
Seriously any place is what you make it.
I miss MEM for one thing..............not having to commute.
