Any insight on how the hiring timeline is looking like right now. How long from in-person interview to Indoc to sims?

I interviewed in January. Phase 2 email one week later. Been in Phase 2 ever since. 12+ weeks.

Submitted Video Interview March 25th, got an FHA request on April 16th then Phase 1 Interview request on the 17th... so around 3 week turn around time.
