It’s yuge.....

3+ weeks after video interview I received TBNT letter. Very disappointing, they tell me to reapply in 6 months, but I’m tempted to do it right away.
My question is, are video interviews pass/fail results subject to defined standards (flight times, experience, etc) or is more a subjective thing, because if this were the case maybe a different recruiter would give a pass where other wouldn’t. Thanks

Did you send the flight addendum history before recieving the TBNT ??

Nope, never received the request for it. Should I received it before getting the TBNT, is this usual?

I dont know just asking because i submitted mine 1st of april but havent heard nothing yet .

From what hyperboy explained, you either get TBNT or flight history addendum to continue. After they receive the flight history then they schedule the applicant for face to face interview.

Any idea what could be a reason not to pass the video interview? Just trying to figure if is is something fixable or not.

Is hiring expected to continue at this pace? I assume so since there are many new aircraft coming down the road. It may slow down but I don’t see them stopping hiring anytime soon
