Not overly, but with a good interview that would have gotten you a job over here a year ago with those times. Now a days it's hard to say?

2023 you definitely would've had an interview. You still have a shot, but a letter of rec would be a huge help.

I ve seen/encountered/read posts from people with less than your time, feel like they are entitled to a job at a legacy.

I just received an email asking me to fill out the flight history addendum and then standby for next steps. Does everyone get that or does this mean i'm being considered??

Pretty much the same times and they were very responsive. I also had an internal letter of rec. I interviewed in November and was offered a February class date.
