Is it a career destination? I don't really know but right now the conventional career places haven't picked up the phone. That said the ability to be based at home, sitting reserve from home is a huge plus in QOL to me.

FLL A320 FO = #2209
MCO A320 FO = #2082
MCO E190 FO = #2232
I'm taking a huge WAG and say if you get hired today it will be 12-18 months before you can hold A320 in FLL or E190 in MCO.
