There may not be a technical interview, but interview prep gives you strategies and practice that is hard to replicate on your own.

Good luck guys.
South- did you actually need prep for the B6 interview? I felt it was as straight forward as it gets. Can an interview prep excise undesirable personality traits? Thats what this interview is about imho. Save your money unless it's your first interview. -Happy South?

Plus once you pay you can go to any seminar forever for prep if you decide to move to atl and go to Delta
Yea- get it for Delta, but be yourself for B6

Well, after over 6 years of having an app in with JB (and updating it from time to time), I finally got the email invite today for the phone interview. Shocked, but pleasantly so.

You didn't need it. Neither did I. But yes you can exercise undesirable traits, have them pointed out to you have have them trained out. At least for the 2-5 hours you need them to. The prep also teaches you how to tell a proper story like JB likes it and not sound like a bumbling knuckle dragging jack wad.

Some guys need it others don't. My advise here is if your even thinking about prep, get it and chalk it up to a learning experience. If your sure you don't need it.... Onward.

Good luck dudes

Just don't come back on here whining about how you didn't get the job. Seems to me it doesn't matter what company you're interviewing for I would do everything to prepare. Sounds like a big gamble with perhaps your only chance.

I can live with that, but can a prep really address the nuances of each airline in it's advice? That sounds ambitious to me.

Default Some of the instructors have never flown -

Just a random remark, but it's true that some of the instructors have never flown the A/C they are assigned to teach and have never flown the line. Interesting.
