It's a different answer for everyone and there is no wrong choice. If you have to ask for reasons to stay at JB then there probably aren't any from your point of view.

Personally, I have no interest in going to any other carrier. What is your reason for wanting to go to Delta? Good luck with your decision.

JetBlue needs to raise first year pay substantially. Regional first officers won't take a paycut, but anyone else,ie military or captains, take a huge paycut. I see it as unacceptable.

Well said. I hope to join JB someday, I would take an offer there over any legacy.

Abso-friggin-lutely agree with this. We had a $6k bonus given to newhires at the end of year 1, but I think the company decided they weren't going to do that any longer.

Where can we find information about that?

It used to be an email sent to newhires. Send an email to your chief pilot to see if they have more info.

Delta is just a hypothetical Flyby. Your post just made it sound like everybody is (or should be) bailing for the legacy carriers. I just figured a move like that is solely driven by $$$ since JB has a good reputation for taking care of it's people.

Ok, thank you, do you know at what moment during the first year they would have sent such email?

Actually I think that you and Flyby are saying the same thing.
