JetBlue is a great place to work. We have our problems (just like delta and American) but this is no stepping stone. When we get our CBA it will be even better. If you don't want to come here don't but don't call it a regional airline because we operate 190's. (btw, so does American.)
I also agree with ya. I feel great whenever I get on a 190 jump seat knowing there is a full flight going out. Jumps seat sucks big time compared to the BUS!!!

Yup. It's going to get interesting. All the ingredients are there:
1. Stressful situation (training)
2. A bar
3. Men and women cooped up together with no outlet.
4. Hotel rooms
There will be stories.

Someone asked if you can UTO then pick up a trip on a day off via open time to get the hours back, and honestly, I don't know if that wouldn't work or not. For example, you UTO a reserve day and have your reserve guarantee reduced by 4:12 (the credit for one reserve day). There's a day turn in open time on a day off the next week that credits 5:12. It could be you pick it up and credit 76 hours for the month. It could also mean you're still at 70:48 for the month unless you've already flown 70:48. If you've got over 100 hours in the PTO bank, the answer is easy. UTO and sell back the PTO at premium.
