11/13 Poolie

I live 14 min to BOS so ideally would hold BOS. If I got JFK 320 like the majority of folks in these classes, how long until I could hold BOS?

Are people bidding 190 or mostly 320? I'm younger so just expecting to get whats left. Either or it's a win, win for me but ideally will sit reserve on my couch..

That being said, I didn't even attach a copy of my resume at all and I was hired.
Thanks for the input! And congrats...
Hope I get the call this time around!

My friend in the last class said the top 3 E190 slots went senior (top 8). Not sure how far down the last spot went. I'm sure this varies greatly from class to class.

You should be able to get back to BOS in 6-8mo. It all just depends on when you're hired relative to when we have system bids. Our system bids come out the 1st week of March, June, September, December so as long as you've started class by the time the bid closes you'll be able to participate and change bases. Once you get awarded a new base it is usually 2-4months until you actually start flying trips out of that new base.

I would imagine getting LGB as a new hire would be out of the question?

Yes. But in 2014 there were 2-3 people out of the 300+ that did get it!

You'd be able to hold LGB within 8mo-1year though.

New hire pay was just changed. From a value of $3571 to $2857. You will be given a meal voucher of $1066 or $26/day. If you do not use all of this it can NOT be redeemed for cash. Bad news bears.....

This is a cash change of -714 a month.
