I personally know 4 regional FO's with no TPIC, no military, all with around 5000tt, that were hired in the last 12 months. I'm sure it's harder to get the call, don't lose hope.

I filled out all the online profile flight times and uploaded a resume. However every time I try to submit anything their website shows a (0) next to all jobs. Any ideas?

How did you guys put your resume on the last opened window? I remember it being just a blank space to fill in your resume.
What is a better option to avoid having your resume totally distorted when copying/pasting from Windows Word? I remember my resume looking all weird, and I had to redo it. I'm not even sure they got it right... I also attached a Windows Word version, so I guess that one must have been good.
Should it be saved as "Text" or is there any better way?
Thanks

From: Square root of the variance and average of the variation
Time in last 12 months? (That was a big problem for me even with 9000 plus hrs).
