I personally know 4 regional FO's with no TPIC, no military, all with around 5000tt, that were hired in the last 12 months. I'm sure it's harder to get the call, don't lose hope.

Default JetBlue "Work Here" website link

I filled out all the online profile flight times and uploaded a resume. However every time I try to submit anything their website shows a (0) next to all jobs. Any ideas?

How did you guys put your resume on the last opened window? I remember it being just a blank space to fill in your resume.
What is a better option to avoid having your resume totally distorted when copying/pasting from Windows Word? I remember my resume looking all weird, and I had to redo it. I'm not even sure they got it right... I also attached a Windows Word version, so I guess that one must have been good.
Should it be saved as "Text" or is there any better way?
Thanks

Copy and paste your resume from Word into Wordpad. Then align the way you'd like copy and paste back into the website. Double check the alignment. Even if the alignment is off, it will be for most other people as well. The system was designed for a computer to scan it, not for a human eye to read it. That being said, I didn't even attach a copy of my resume at all and I was hired.

Time in last 12 months? (That was a big problem for me even with 9000 plus hrs).
