There is no way you can study for it. Just take your time pay attention. It takes about 2 hours to complete the entire thing. It's difficult and it isn't a pass/fail type scoring. They do use it towards your overall assessment, but it doesn't seem to count as much as the interview and everything else.

Do not stress about the test. Just relax and take your time during it. Focus on preparing for the interview. Most importantly, BE YOURSELF! That's what they are looking for, your personality, not the score you get on an a test.

Yes I used her couple years back for JetBlue she was great . 100 % worth the time and money .
