I don't think they have a contract yet.... in negotiations for one currently (at least a CBA.... they do have some company provided employment contract that they sign when hired, but not a CBA yet).

No contract here (yet). We have a Pilot Employment Agreement and a Flight Scheduling Manual.

When will we see our first contract? That is anyone's guess, but my guess is nothing before 2017.

No PEA for newhires. They are in limbo until a CBA is ratified.
