And you fly the 190. I get it.
I never said I'd be happy to leave the 190 rates where they are. In fact, early on in this discussion I said I hope both planes get a huge raise.
But being realistic, based on DATA and FACTS, the realistic outcome is that the majority, if not all of the raise will be on the Bus.
Listen, that's not a bad thing. We're not a mainline and regional airline, as much as the Bus guys like to tease the 190 guys. Everyone either can, or will have the chance to fly the Bus if they want to.

It was my fault, I asked if y'all think the pay would go up and by what percentage. Those are all so very valid points.
To those of you getting ready for class or hoping to get an interview, this place is a good place to be. While I don't drink the blue kool-aid, I have truly enjoyed my life here....sure things could be better...BUT where are there not issues?
I have yet to fly with someone I don't like, yes 1st year pay sucks, and I'm always within a few time zones of my kids.
You won't be upset by joining our ranks. We all look forward to seeing y'all in training.

I get it. I hear you. But I also need you to listen. Just because the 9 and the F100 aren't around anymore doesn't change the facts. ALPA is aware. The only reason it's seperate is because it was us and USA flying them. It's likely going to stay that way. Maybe dal gets theirs maybe not. I don't care. The 190 can fly from ALK to NY. IT CAN CARRY over 100 pax. It is not an RJ. it is under paid for its category.
Just don't want anyone to lower expectations due to a company tag. "RJ" is not a pay scale.
Thats all.

Lol...no apologies necessary....this is an emotional, unsettled time for all of us until we get that CBA.......no one is going to accept the lowering of anyone's position......I'm not advocating for it, that's for sure.....

I am considering moving the family back south, currently living in base in BOS, I can look at the seniority list and see how long to be the plug in MCO…but I don't have access, at the moment, to how long until a hybrid line or full line. Does anyone have a rough hack at that one? any thoughts would help!!
