Yes, you can file. Send a PDR to union.

4 months is insane. We were just about 2 months to LOE and I thought that was bad. Took a few weeks for them to get us to FO pay after our LOE. So much for them solving the pay issue.

See union email 1/7 regarding new-hires still getting hosed on pay. Bottom line some have to wait weeks or months after completing their LOE, after an already delayed training footprint at $2k/month, before they are converted to FO pay.

such a shame… but hopefully it gets the blue juice out of a new hires system asap. Or gets them to leave for a new job and cost our company money.

Even Avelo is offering better starting pay these days and they are starving for pilots (because of their previous low pay - it’s all circular….):

Avelo first year FO’s pay is double to that of a UPS first year FO…because 1st yr rates alone is all that matters. What are their work rules, DC contribution etc…
