UPS could pay $0 an hour first year, and it would still be worth it over any pax carrier.

With the current E190 training delays and extended time on training pay(which I can’t really afford for too long)….. would it just be more beneficial to go with the A220? My only hesitation is I’ll be commuting to reserve….. thoughts?

No one is ever going to say Avelo is a better option than a major, but the fact that they actually cranked their pay up to what they did shows they are cognizant of the state of the pilot market.
