Thanks Gucci, I stand corrected .

My guess would be right before the Women In Aviation conference.

Is it necessary to have a car during training? Are there plenty of places to eat within walking distance? Gym?

Don't have to have a car but man life is much better with it, there are places to eat and the van driver will take you to walmart scheduled at certain times etc, as far as a gym goes no, I brought a car and did the La fitness thing but that is about 5 miles away. There is also a YMCA boy far away. Having a car is nice cause you don't have to rely on the schedule of the van to bring you to school house everyday. If you have a choice bring a car or you can rent a car for 11 bucks a day at most places

Especially if you end up coming after the new "lodge" is finished. That place has NOTHING within walking distance.

I feel bad for those having to stay at the lodge. I am sure it's a nice building and all. But near nothing at all, until you go one exit up... Was told that it is only for new hires both flight and inflight, no room for recurrents or standard layovers even if they wanted to put us in there , was told there was no room avail with all the growth from hires .
