You're wrong. If you remove EMB or ERJ from the label and put DC9 B717 B737-500 F100 A319 or whatever in front of it we're under paid. It's a 95-120 seat small narrow body medium range jet.
It's under paid.

I'm not trying to negotiate against ourselves, and I hope everyone gets a huge raise.....I'd just expect that the lion share of any pay increase will go to the Bus.....

Agree Bunker. That is probably a certainty. But those that say the jb190 is the highest paid in the industry are not correct when it comes to aircraft comparison.
Industry standard compares small narrow body, narrow body, large narrow body, wide body, ect.

Except you're going to get apples to apples comparison pay since the EMB-190 is actually out there.....

The manufacturer is irrelevant. The number of seats is what counts. The "RJ" mentality needs to be dropped. As the previous post said, it should be compared to other similar sized aircraft. The reason the "E190" is under paid is that people in the past have bought into the "It's an RJ" mentality. Don't buy into that incorrect viewpoint.
