It's definitely a possibility. I don't have the job yet, interview on 10/6. Prepping as much as I can, don't want to screw this up.

The lack of PIC doesn't get guys hired easier than those who do. Sure we take guys without it . But it is def less . I think it will become more as times goes on , when More Majors pick up larger numbers .
Those who do have it I understand get discouraged cause they say their PIC is stopping them from getting the call. 100 percent not the case .
