Many people just guess Where their money should be placed with zero knowledge of what they are actually investing in. This essentially does the work for you. Good group of guys and they also answer the phone every time I call them with a question.
Def use it if you don't have anyone managing your 401k. Otherwise it's kinda a shot in the dark for most.
