if anything... they'll increase.

or they stop all deliveries, pay massive penalties and shrink to prosperity... just like all the other failed models!

Unless they, like all the other majors, work with ALPA to give the pilot group a raise and then outsource the 190's to the regionals.

Interviewed in Jan and still waiting on Phase II complete but got call for March class today.

For those recently contacted for an interview, are you given any flexibility on the interview dates or is it just "this is the date - take it or leave it"?

My current job offers very few "scheduled" days off and isn't very flexible on such things. (Thus one of the reasons I'm looking to move on...and yet one of my major stresses if I were to be called for an intervew.)
