Good Luck!
Do they only run interviews once every couple of months?

Can we be on RSV for 6 days in a row now? Do we still need 2 off?

Thanks for the quick answer. I looked in the FSM and it references 6 days on but doesn't specify, which is confusing to say the least.

Default Converted again?

So sat my scr and didn't get called. I saw dro and it showed lcr starting at midnight. Am in the middle of my "rest" this evening and was just called and told I have been converted to scr. Can they call to convert me during rest? I thought I could only be converted at midnight for scr beginning 14 hours later which would be 14:00. I'm confused...

They will show LCR in FLICA If you are eligible for it, until they actually start working the next day assignments. It's not at all uncommon to see LCR in FLICA until then.

Don't have the FOM handy, but that doesn't sound right....they should not be interrupting your rest.

Also, I wouldn't answer the phone during rest, but that's just me

Another vote for not answering your phone during rest. That said, if you answered and accepted, I think you are SOL. They are allowed 1 phone call during rest and 1 call only. If it is a big deal to you, you are welcome to call a scheduling supervisor and if they don't give you the answer you want, you can call ALPA's scheduling guy.

Yes, call/email your base rep and have them get involved. If you were on SCL today and the DRO for tomorrow says LCR then the earliest they could call you would be 0001 for a 1400SCL tmrw. What SCL did they give you for tmrw? They shouldn't have called you during a rest period either. Sounds fishy to me.

Do NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN OFF DUTY!

if it's your day off and you wanna go to work, fine... but never off duty on a RSV stretch. Everything here is positive contact. Many things require pilot concurrence.

You're allowing yourself to get hosed. Please Please. read section D in the FSM on RSV rules. All these things that you have described are avoidable if you know the rules and don't allow them to send you down the river. CS will push you and take advantage of your ignorance.

sorry if that sounded harsh.
