Not if you have a rational and objective look. I don’t have a positive outlook. I look for both the negative and the positive, and call it like I see it. You ALWAYS call it negative. Always.
Some here are the opposite of you, for sure and yes, confirmation bias works for them too.

You're not biased right????
As for my supposed bias, you only know what I type. You do NOT know what I think or believe.

Another thing that is striking about your reply is that you say "some here/them" are opposite me "for sure" and that confirmation bias "works for them too" yet I have NEVER seen you comment or call one of them out on their positive confirmation bias. Yet you call me on my supposed negative confirmation bias frequently.

I’ve seen Payne, JTrain, HyperBoy post fairly straightforward and realistic assessments of where we are. I haven’t seen anyone post a crazy positive post. Everyone says, “There are things that need improving, and ALPA is well on the way to improving them.” Zero people have said that JetBlue is perfect and it’s always sunny here with nothing worth fixing.
Now I’m sure those guys exist, but they don’t post on here.
As far as knowing only what you type, that’s true. But why make things up? Just to stir the pot? I’m betting your posts are fairly reflective of your true feelings. But only you know that for sure...
My issue with you is that EVERYTHING is negative for you. It could be raining gold bars and you be complaining about the dents in your car from the weight. I have respect for people like Bozo, who is definitely not a sunny outlook guy, but is rational and is looking for the positives when they come. I’m looking for the negatives, he’s looking for the positives. That’s all you really can ask.

asked if confirmation bias works both ways, you said (emphasis added to the quote):

Words have meaning. They have context. Words have more meaning when grouped into sentences and taken in context than they do individually.
So if I have a reading comprehension problem you definitely have a writing problem!

Your data points are 100% correct. I certainly didn't imply everyone here is blissfully unaware. However you have to admit there are some out on the line that fit that description, and many or most prospective pilots are naturally unaware of our shortcomings. Regarding the anecdotes you concluded with, whatever my personal beliefs (you're a sharp guy so I'm sure you can imagine) I don't think making those types of arguments are effective or do anything to help unity. This isn't BP.

I guess it just seems people are focused on the unaware when the major majority of the group is engaged.
Imho those who don't understand now never will and are a lost cause.

I don’t think that most people go through life and question their opinions. There’s plenty of evidence to support that position. Many do. But it’s uncomfortable, and people tend to avoid uncomfortable things.
And there you go...putting words in my mouth again. I never said I was above it. Quite the contrary. I said no one is above it. Jesus your reading comprehension is truly atrocious.

How about you two just agree you want a solid contract and call it a day?
