Can someone confirm rule for PTO sell back... I have been selling back since I could.. now since we have our fancy new webpage thing that allows you to do it on your own, I cannot sell. I cannot find it in the PEA, because I’m pretty sure a current version on any PEA actually exist anyways.
I have one vacation in May... and I have 111.5 hours pto, I have been hours for months... now out of the blue I cannot.. I confirmed with a friend who took vacation last year. He had 109 hours in his bank until he took vacation... he sold up to the day he took vacation...
Payroll says I Cannot because it’s minus vacation. But that makes 0 sense as I know people with vacations selling and minus PTV brings them below 100

But before you do that you have to email your chief pilot and try to get it resolved that way first. If you don’t get it resolved it moves to the next step in the grievance process.
