Ok here’s the deal man, a few Spirit pilots began posting stuff like this on THIS EXACT WEBSITE. It gained some traction and their names were given to Spirit management by a court order to THIS EXACT WEBSITE! There negotiatons were set back months. This is from the mouth of our own lawyer. Do not post stuff like this on here. Are you trying to f this up for all of us? Because that’s what you will do. We don’t need your help. Keep your opinions to yourself.

While your point is valid (and taken), I don't think anyone can reasonably argue his post is any sort of work action. He didn't say don't pick up flying. He said "if you are fatigued don't pick up flying." The law and common sense would seem to agree with his statement. That being said, if Spirit style shenanigans were to happen here it would play right into Marc's hands.

Wait, all I said was dont fly on your days off if you are tired. You disagree?

Spirit had a "wh***s of the month" website calling out pilots by name who picked up flying, even when well rested.

Major difference. He didn't say don't ever pick up flying. He said don't do it if you are tired. If you disagree with that, the faa would love to have a talk with you I'm sure.

That’s why he capitalized only a few words right? Not going to help our cause making posts like that. It can only hurt us.

Hey, my post wasn't about "our cause". I just wanted to remind people that safety comes first. Its been a crazy last few days and while the company is pressuring guys and throwing $$$ at people to fly, if you are tired you shouldn't do it. If you wanna fly tired for more $$$ have at it. But you have to look at yourself in the mirror knowing what you did was wrong.

So he’s reminding us not to fly when fatigued! Well THANKS!

Our lawyer standing in front of hundreds of ALPA members asked one thing of us. It was simple. To keep the online rhetoric in check, and to learn from Spirit’s mistakes which in his estimation set them back 6 months. And here we have guys who just can’t help themselves, they just have to test the waters. And guys defending it!!

I think they got a couple of the usual RSAers (MCO), but we had quite a few cancellations yesterday for no crews!

I think a lot of people aren't willing to help out now, cause it's just too damn cold to even step outside. Supposed to be a low of -6 degrees in BOS, then add the wind chill.

You are welcome. As I said, if you are rested and want to help you should. But me I am sick AND tired, so its a double no.
