I don’t see adding cities as a game changer. Not with this situation. Sure it reshuffles the deck but ultimately we’re sunk barring continued government support and/or a successful vaccine rollout.

The MIA, South expansion, and the other entirely unmentioned possible announcement I have heard all include new relationships that will help drive traffic to JB. So between the virus/vaccine, pent up demand, a network that doesn't depend on high-fare business traffic and new relationships that drive traffic to JB, with a focus on Mint, I think JB is far from "sunk". Cautiously optimistic here...

I really don't think JB is "sunk". The company's own projections show JB doesn't need a full return of pax to get to zero cash burn, which is what is needed in the short/medium term. Customers have shown they are willing to come back rapidly if the virus spread decreases, which can and should happen in the coming months from a couple of factors.
