Thank you.

The guys you hear of coming from Cape Air are part of an Aviation University Bridge program. I don't believe we have had any Cape Air guys come to JB without being part of that program. That being said the ATR flying in Guam would be looked at as any other 121 flying. Haven't looked lately but JB might require/prefer some jet time....if that is still the case a US regional with jets might be the way to go.

Last bid in went in the 2300s. 2400 is very likely for this bid.

I don't think junior 190 CA is going to cross 2400 for several years. I think we're on the plateau.

There are two programs through Cape Air. Both require you to have a 4 year degree from an AABI accredited school (UND, ERAU, Purdue, etc). Having been a flight instructor in the 141 environment is also highly preferred if not required.

Jet time is not a concern if you go through Cape Air and qualify for the program. They care about total time and PIC which you'll get a lot of on the 402. If you do the ATR you can expect to take a lot longer to get to JetBlue. Need 3000-3500TT to apply with 2000 of which should be PIC.

There's really no telling where it'll be on the 190 in the next couple years with so many unknowns. It could jump to 3000 with a CBA and if Airbus rates are comparable to the Legacies and the 190 rates stay fairly similar. It's could also be 0 if the fleet review decides to get rid of the 190 all together.
