Some don't show up for class.

Some leave right after IOE.

Those that remain IMO have applications elsewhere.

That is the reality and if this offends you then there are medications for that because what is occurring will not change even if we get a TA in 20XX.
I agree these things are happening, but how do you know the company is concerned about it?

Maybe a poor choice of word but it is happing and the company is planning for this attrition.

They believe it is a issue that can be managed.

IMO Companies won't care about attrition until it begins to significantly affect over all staffing, training cycles, or it impacts the bottom line.

Wait you mean young guys and others will use JetBlue a tier 2 airline to go to the big guys....like they did/do with Southwest AirTran Spirit Frontier Indy TWA (near the end) and so on it's a long list and you are correct many will leave but that has been the case for sometime here right? Even back to the 2005 time? Not offended dork just find your attitude interesting in a hiring thread for guys who are just getting here. How about congratulations or something like that. I bet you were extended such things when you got hired.

We are not the only bottom feeder? That makes being a bottom feeder okay?

Not what I said at all.
Guys are not showing up for SWA are they a bottom feeder? No my point was we don't have what the big guys have that is just the truth. We could do Delta plus 1 and guys who want to fly 777s will still leave. Now don't flip this around on me as you always do. We need an industry leading CBA and we deserve it as you have pointed out many times. We have invested in JetBlue it's time they invest in us. But we are always going to be what we are, short of a MASSIVE change. An east coast airline with a young pilot group flying narrow-body planes.
