I can't recommend JetBlue at this time

Just from a perspective, AAG routinely hammers their employees and does NOT treat their pilots any better than a regional at AA. It's like Kevin in home alone when he finally gets to the safety of the cab..."It ain't much better in here"

I wasn't there, but from the description of the event it sounds like he was being obnoxious and unprofessional in front of pax. This reflects poorly on all of us.
Stick to your job and act like a professional pilot, not like a janitor or a comedian. Have some self respect.

Yes, people like that are going to have to take some **** from his peers. Sorry if you call that an attack.
This is NOT the time to be helping management recruit pilots or to give them Filet Mignon effort (protecting the brand, cleaning, stand-ups, etc...) while being compensated like week-old hamburger helper.
You should know better by now.

Come on Joe, one of the last posts was from a guy who thinks it is more important to protect the "product" than it is to close the Titanic compensation gap to our peers.

I know hyperboy very well(we were sim partners) and while him and I disagree on many things he is the first guy to help a pilot out so when some guys start in on him I might say something. You should know by now I am very middle of the road. I have no problem telling the truth about JetBlue but what I do not like is the bashing of our own guys unless they goose step along with what others think. Its just a little out of control.
Oh are you a 190 guy juicer
Oh did you say goodbye to the passengers juicer
Wait you helped with a bag juicer
Your not ready to burn the place down juicer
Oh well I heard a story of a guy who did a stand up juicer
We are a bunch of rejects
Our pilots are weak
And on and on.
(Not talking about you just in general)
There is a huge gap between recruiting for blue and bashing our own.
That is all I am saying.
Now he does have a point.
People do like the product and yes people do like the PAs( I don't do them) but where he is wrong and where I bet you and I totally agree is if the ELT wants that level of service they need to pay for it.
The direction of this airline and the product as well as employee moral is totally up to the ELT.

I hate doing it. I came here because I wanted to work somewhere with a great product that had a future. However, I will not be taken advantage of. I will not make 30% less and be treated worse than my peers and then go out-work them voluntarily. I didn't go to American because thier employees hated management, and management took everything it could from them. Now I look here and it's the same, the only difference is that at AA there are no juicers. Everyone rows in the same direction and they get paid and treated well.
Here we have people like you and P3 Bubba. You need to stop this nonsense and fight with us. When we get a CBA you can put the gloves back on and do a stand up routine every flight. I'll be right there with you.

This is a fight. Guys like you are holding our arms behind our backs. When the JD Power awards stop coming, and our NPS and D0 plummit, then and only then will they pay us industry average.

They want the product without any regard for employee morale. That doesn't work and many of us don't appreciate guys like hyperboy helping management do it.
I'm sure he's a great guy, but worry about our pilots first. When we have the contract we deserve, we can all help maintain the "product/brand".
