Yes we already have a couple, guy's in training / sim right now.

No separate pay scale in the company, 747 or 767 same pay right now. May change with new contract but who knows until we get a new contract.

Whale is spot on. We have purchased three actually.. one part spare and two that are bing converted to freighters. The first of those two should arrive at our MX base in Northern Michigan in a week or so.

Same pay scale... for now... time will tell.

I put in an app about a month ago and haven't heard anything yet. Any word on the pace at which they're interviewing?

I know its hard to hear the words be patient - but please let us do our job

We really are coming to the end here - one way or the other

stay tuned - stay strong - stay focused
You could start by sounding more confident in the progress of the negotiations instead of saying " We really are coming to the end here- one way or the other"...Really? what kind of message does that send to the pilot group?

I don't think any of us are wanting you guys to give us any secret intel as to what was said. We would just like to have some sort of communication from the union in between negotiations when rumors are started so they don't become so out of control and the P2Ps can't keep up with them. That's when the grasshoppers lose patience.

Any information on optimal flight times and what they are looking for in pilots at this point?

When you get towards the end of negotiations communications gets to very fragile. Say to much, lose what you had, say to little lose the crew group. I know it's a tough position to be in, but keep your faith in DS, EV, SW, and SA they really do have your best in mind every step of the way.

I am no longer at K4, I trust them and their judgement. Patiences is always tested at the end and this negotiations has taken a long time, but be patient, I believe good things are to come to you.
