Hi all
Quick background: I’m lucky enough to have been given the opportunity of interning with American in Dallas starting in January. This includes flight benefits, and I plan on using them as much as possible on the weekend. For all those seasoned non-revvers or travelers in general, what are your favorite places to go? I plan on going to many of the major cities in the US, but is it worth it to head to Europe during a weekend leaving on friday night and coming back sunday? Hawaii? I’d enjoy hearing anyone’s thoughts on how to maximize this opportunity.

Problem is, the worst times to nonrev are Fri, Sun, and then Mon.
Europe would be tough for a weekend... if you need to get back Mon am. But if it's off season, you might be able to get there and back reliably.
HI would be a little easier, less time zones and probably more flight options.
But if it were me, I'd stick to the continental US, plenty of stuff to do there. Also cheaper to buy a ticket home.
Bottom line, it depends on strict they are about you being at work on time.
