Not exactly. It's an independent magazine. In March 2016 they had an article entitled "Hillary's War on free Speech." In Feb of 2013 one entitled, "How the fact checking press gives the President a pass." Confirmation Bias - discarding information inconsistent with previously firmly established beliefs. You didn't like the article so you defaulted to tossing the baby out with the bath water without any research, debate, or consideration. Confirmation bias. So no, not liberal media as you allege. Every topic is fair game, left, right, or middle.
