So, there is no all in one app that you can input two cities and find the flights and times between them, if the jump seat is open, or what the loads are?

Sounds like an opportunity!

What would you pay for an app that you could input say, MCO to MSP and the time you want to leave and have the flights, times, connections and loads listed in the results?

Didn't you hear? Copper wire was invented by two captains fighting over a penny.

Well since loads are proprietary, I'd doubt one would get away with that very long. But other apps do that very thing already. I would like to see one that easily lists all connections. Most of good ones only list nonstops.

My website (airlinecrewhub.com) had a page with flight schedules. It was getting really popular but FlightStats wanted to start charging me over $500 per month just to access the data. I was barely in the black at about $70 per month! These data companies guard their schedule info and charge a big chunk of money to those who want the info. Ad revenue is not enough to pay for the cost and flight crew are too cheap to sign up for subscriptions. If somebody has any ideas, I'm all ears. The site still exists... It's just on pause.

I also had a really good idea for loads but that got shelved when I shut the schedules down.

My website had connections. You could put the city pairs in and it would even connect you using two different airlines. It worked pretty slick.

This is great for jumpseating. No codeshares, route specific, and can get you home in a bind if you need to go an oddball way home.
