Default Trip lengths at legacies

I'm curious how long the longest trips are at the various legacies. I'm weighing the jump from the ACMI world where I've gotten used to having longer (8+ day) trips followed by an extended period off. Is something like this an option at the legacies? If not available in a bid package, could one create a schedule like this by dropping/picking up trips and would that be something reasonably achievable as a new hire? Thanks.

Girth is more important than length.

4-day max at AS/VX. But you can back-to-back with other trips. Eg, 4-day backed with 2-day. Or 3-day backed by 3-day. Maybe a 4-day and a 3-day backed, but you could run into 3/168 hr rest issues.

Depending on the fleet, Delta has some extended trips. On the 757/767 fleet 10-12 day trips are not out of the ordinary.

Up to 13 days on the 75/76 with DAL pretty regularly on the west coast.

True of most airlines I'll bet. I knew one guy who commuted from Thailand(!!!) who would regularly run 2-3 4 and 5 day trips together to minimize the headache of that commute.

At least if you lived in Thailand and worked for UAL, you'd only need to work a few days a month to make ends meet.
