Company does put an additional 15% of your PS amount into your 401K (technically they are defined contribution plans, but work exactly the same as 401Ks).

Delta 15.1% of 2017 earnings (minus 2016 profit sharing), and you can put any/all, or none of it into your 401K on Valentines day, your discretion. You can also direct some of it into your HSA pre-tax as well if your into that sort of thing.

JB looks like 1.9% after record profits and a reworking of the PS formula.
You can take the PS and split it at any percentage (I believe) between a check and 401k.
Oh, and we did get a $50 Amazon gift card....so we've got that going for us...which is nice. We were also told by our overlords that on our death bed we will receive total consciousness, which is also nice!
As our former COO once said, "You have to sacrifice to work here".
