Generally there has been a short pre recorded interview to get to know the pilots, then a live video interview with 2 breeze employees. Then an offer or TBNT. No on site interviews quite yet

The first interview has i think 4 questions you respond to by recording yourself on video, you have maybe 2 minutes each. It’s casual, essentially introducing yourself and giving background. Then if you are asked to do the live interview, it’s with 2 employees, mostly HR and recruiting, or a pilot. No technical questions, TMAAT regarding employee or customer interaction scenarios. “How did you handle a time when there was a safety issue” stuff like that. Less than an hour, very relaxed.

May I ask you how long did it take between the time when you submitted the completed additional info questionnaire and the video interview invite? Thanks

No official word on bases as of yet, but airlinepilotcareers.com/breeze-airways has the hiring information, fleet numbers, and pilot pay scales for those interested.
