Unfortunately, that snapshot in time is today or yesterday.
Since I got hired at SWA, over 2000 have been hired (late 2015).
I drive to work, live where the wife loves it, and work for the company I targeted.
Timing is everything. For once in my two decades of paid aviating I’m near the front of a hiring wave at a company with record stability.

Ok. Thanks for the career advice. 🙄

Agree. It’s not hard to get a big total with a little block. Especially this year. Lots of reserve sitting at home and a lot of deadheading. A third year FO can clear 250 if they live in domicile with a little extra effort.

Seriously...why would I lie on this forum of know it alls and egos?
I averaged 154.98 trips for the year.
229,759.92 earnings
30,081.02 NEC
24,993.94 Profit sharing
730 Blocked hours
You want me to send you my pay statements and SWAPA profit sharing calculator and employee number lol?
I am very junior...we had a senior FO in PHX make 405k on his W2. You obviously aren’t working it hard enough

Thx. Well done by the way, that's a really good block to credit ratio. My buddy made 155k there last year (year 3/4) but he's a commuter.
