Does Spirit really sell $8.00 tickets?
I suppose Skybus' future will be determined by how many people are going to want to fly super duper extra economy to only a few locations, while being pressed by FAs to purchase goods.

Yes, we have sold tickets FOR FIVE CENTS!!! (lot of restrictions, but...)
This is from the beginning of this year:
"Spirit Airlines Starts the New Year with Five Cent Fares* and a Five Cent Cost Structure to Match
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (January 4, 2007) – Spirit Airlines is offering five cent fares* to celebrate its new five cent cost structure – excluding fuel – among the lowest in the world."

Skybus sells 10 seats @ $10 on each flight is what their policy is. Im curious to see what they are like(as a passenger). Thought about gettin a $10 ticket for Columbus to LA on may 22, their first flight. The way I see it, if I buy a $10 ticket on them that means that Skybus is gonna loose like a $100 flyin my a$$ across the country
