I don’t know. Just a guess but at some percentage, it probably doesn’t make a difference...just like heard immunity? If maybe only 70% of people comply 100% of the time (or 100% of the people for 70% of the time?), won’t make a significant difference? Like I said, I don’t know. What I do know is human nature. And you’ll never get a certain percentage of a huge population to do anything, a large percentage of the time. The term, like herding cats, comes to mind.

and yet, other countries have significant compliance and success. I didn’t answer your previous question about “covid-free” because it’s not about being completely free, but able to control it when it does show up.

so explain to me about these “other countries” and why they don’t just represent normal variance? Show me a statistical analysis.what’s the correlation coefficient between compliance and success?
