It’s 12 hrs. End of story. You need to stop looking at all these best case scenarios with the language imo. You’ll stay out of trouble in the long run. They can call you for a charter flight that departs in 13 hrs. You’ve been drinking. I guess your willing to jump a company positive space flight less than 8 hrs later but most pilots aren’t. You did qualify that it was “IN” the jumpseat initially then flipped to signed up once others and I pointed out to you that wasn’t legal. I think I’m about done here. Happy holidays everyone!

In general, you *can* drink all you want on LC.
But if your personal commute situation involves being on duty (JS, DHD) without your company-specific bottle-duty buffer then that's a no-go.
