Oh, we are conveniently forgetting how bad things were in 2020 and blame all of the bad things that were inherited on him. And now, we are blaming him for Russia even though he last guy drove a Texas sized wedge between us and our allies while snuggling up close with the guy who invaded.

Go on and eat squirrels for dinner and don't worry about world politics, word of advice.

He clearly poured money into the economy creating demand, during supply shortages.
Even student loan payment suspension dumps money into the economy. Everyone is not dirt floor poor, and they redirect the spending from the payments because even the interest is not accruing.
Who went to college and would make payments on a loan that doesn’t charge interest, and won’t require a “catch up” payment.
The “woe to me” hardship is abused at every opportunity.

But if the asteroid is big enough, nobody survives. What’s left would just be another asteroid belt spread out between Venus and Mars with a few tens of thousands of Boeing’s and Airbus mixed in among the rubble.

Funny you say that. The only memory I have of being in the Ukraine was the surprising lack of teeth in people. That was 20 years ago, though.

The statistically important threat is city-killers.
Even more remote (waaaay, waaaay remote) but theoretically possible that something from interstellar space could come flying out of left field. But there's just not much of anything larger than a hydrogen atom out there.
