That's really not the point. But, I forget that in democrat world, the accused has to prove themselves innocent rather than the accuser having to prove the guilt of the accused (beyond a reasonable doubt) or that an actual crime has even been committed (spoilers: nothing here is a crime). But apparently the guy is having his life ruined by the twitter sjw brownshirts and a bunch of people cheering it on because I guess he must be the first guy to ever take a picture of woman's behind in the history of the internet.

Meanwhile, we have a president that likes to talk about kids rubbing the hairs on his legs, and that's totally fine. Also, I remember all the sympathy for the United exec a couple years ago that killed himself when he came under investigation for child porn, he must have been going through a tough time and it was so tragic he killed himself. But this guy... maybe possibly did a terrible job of hiding he was taking a pic of an adult woman's bottom with clothes on, so lets just do our best to ruin his life because of something a twitter account posted.

Um yes. If you are caught taking a photo of a woman's behind without her permission while in uniform, you should absolutely lose your job. There is no "innocent until proven guilty" in the private sector. Such an astute constitutional scholar should know this.

Also I'm not sure how this because about democrats and republicans. Your whataboutism is tired and dumb. I won't justify it with a response.

I bet if he were taking pics of a dudes butt he’d be ok. Maybe he(or she) is in the early stages of transitioning to female gathering research material depicting how females in the airline work environment rock their uniforms?

Actually, no. It would not be okay.

please provide an alternate explanation for this behavior that doesn’t include reprehensible— and per company policy—fireable actions

What he's doing is creepy as hell and completely unprofessional, but he should lose his job? That's a bit extreme. I fully expect him to do a carpet dance and maybe some sort of HR training/death by power point.

I would agree with you if it wasn’t for the fact that the passenger next to him was so disturbed to where she posted several videos of him going through his “deleted pictures” where you can clearly see him having multiple videos and pictures of Delta and other airline their FAs from the same angles.

The two videos posted show the phone seemingly being hidden behind the kindle (as seen from the view point of butt photo police), then another photo of the camera app open on the phone. In neither video can you see that a photo of the butt was actually taken. So what does the Delta or Endeavor contract say about this, since yes it is the private sector, but he's still working under a union contract. If a random twitter account posts something with an accusation of some sort of immoral behavior with evidence that is circumstantial at best, should you automatically lose your job? And with the fact that it went "viral" he can certainly argue that management has already been primed to terminate him before he gets to defend himself, as I'm sure his union contract allows for.

LOL. If he said that, the entire corporate legal team would probably self destruct on the spot.
