Good God, dude, really? Can this guy’s SA and judgment really be that low? In the age of #metoo and with cabin announcements by all major airlines to the effect of “…unwelcome behavior will not be tolerated…”.
I’m all for due process, but if this is what it it appears to be, the behavior is reprehensible and reflects poorly on the other 99.9% of pilots. I wouldn’t expect HR to have have much grace for something like this.
That said. Does anyone else see the irony in this guy shooting stealth video….and being busted by someone shooting stealth video? Something about a petard?

Found the guy who slides his phone under the bathroom stall for gooch pics. Then argues, “sir this is a public bathroom.”

With sexual harassment, it all comes down to how the victim felt/perceived the incident. I'm pretty sure the FA is unhappy with the Delta pilot but is probably very happy that the passenger recorded this.

I’m starting to think it’s all a publicity stunt. The pilot is probably a recruiter, and the filming passenger is HR. Isn’t far off from the pathetic publicity stunts they’ve pulled off in other recruitment adds. I thought they had enough sickos working over there, but I guess they need a few more for the sake of diversity.

From what I saw, the videoer that was videoing the videoed also got back and leg shots of the same videoee that we all watched for free. Perhaps the videoer and videoee are both equally judged to have poor taste in public behavior. One got lots of likes and upvoted to help them feel good about themselves for helping to save the world. The other has the worst week of his life.

It used to be when you saw something, you said something; “hey man, probably need to stop filming her, it’s creepy and you aren’t that sly with that kindle hiding your phone”
Now it’s people videoing someone against their knowledge, while being outraged that they are taking photos against someone’s knowledge, and then posting on social media to demonstrate your rage. Predictably the cancel culture comes running in, demanding his head and job. It’s really what we see everyday now.
Is it creepy? Sure. Did the person filming Rusty Red also step too far by filming their own video like a coward and posting online, yup. They could have rang the call button and told the FA, but it’s about false rage and cancel now.
Not shockingly, the typical cast of characters on here then swoop in and demand his job, shocker.

It’s an example of what goes on in today’s society.

Anytime these videos arise, I always think…glad you filmed this terrible thing and posted it online vs. I don’t know….intervening.
