And with the fact that it went "viral" he can certainly argue that management has already been primed to terminate him before he gets to defend himself, as I'm sure his union contract allows for.

Don't know about at Delta, but at Southwest we have several policy manuals to abide by in addition to the contract. Our social media policy, for example, is not in the pilots contract. This could be something outside of their contract and out of DALPA's hands.

The guy(girl)/shim will walk free. For all we know, the Reddit poster cleverly edited the video to shame a white cis male reading up on the US Constitution to which the videographer is offended by. Nothing to see here, I hope IT sues everyone involved including those here who dragged THEIR good pronoun name through the mud.
